Which is not evidence that Wegener used to support his theory of continental drift?

A.Similar glacial deposits have been found on different continents.  B.Magma from coastal volcanoes has mineral compositions similar to the seafloor.  C.Mountain chains are continuous across continents.  D.Similar fossils have been found on different continents.

Wegener had the evidence that there are similar rock formations on different continents and that the shape and rock formations of continents on either side of an ocean fit quite nicely. However, he could not find the mechanism that caused the continents to move across the ocean floor. I hope this helps. :)
