Why do frogs produce a large amount of gametes at one time

Sagot :

they lay a lot of eggs because of the water current. Since the current of the water is strong and frogs lay only a few gametes then the water will destroy the gametes and so by laying a lot of gametes it will stop the water from destroying all the gametes.

Hope I helped :)
