The absolute value of any number is the positive value of it for example, l-4l = 4 , 
l5l= 5. So the the graph will have same value of y for positive and negative x. For example, if x= -5 , the the absolute value is 5, and if x = 5, the absolute value is till 5. So the graph must by symmetric and whole numbers will whole number as answers. Therefore First graph is the answer

So it's either the first one or the last one.

-- On the last one, pick any point.
Look at the graph where x=3.  When x=3, y=4.
But the equation says that 'y' is the absolute value of '-x'.
Is  4  the absolute value of  -3 ? 
I don't think so.
It's looking like the first graph must be the answer.
