Sorry.  I don't think there's any such thing as "an integer in the first quadrant". 
There can be points and angles there, but integers are just whole numbers. 
Whole numbers can be in the positive half of the number line or the negative
half of it.  But there are 4 different quadrants, and there are not four different
things about whole numbers that you can use to sort them with.
