Regardless of which topic option you choose, you will also have three format options for submitting the assignment: Option 1: Paper of approximately 800 words Option 2: Powerpoint of approximately 6-8 slides Option 3: Video of approximately 3-5 minutes Choose one format for submission and answer the questions related to your chosen topic on either cultural competence or gender inclusivity awareness. Formatting Guidelines: Use APA formatting for citations and references on written work or Powerpoint. Orally cite sources if submitting in video format. Include at least two scholarly sources to support your reflection and strategies regardless of format submission.
