My results from the gel electrophoresis simulation show that there werent any bands! But I definitely loaded the gel, and ran it. From these results, what mistake did I likely make? Why did it give me a blank gel with no bands?
a) loaded too much sample
b) Attached the wrong wires( black wire to red plug and red wire to the black plug)
c) placed the gel in the wrong orientation (with the wells near the positive electrode)
d) Not added any sample, but did add ladder.
