importance of investing in your employees - or human capital management.
In a PowerPoint presentation, discuss the reasons behind this concept. In
your presentation, identify three (3) reasons that companies should focus a
significant amount of attention and resources to their employees. Use
information presented in the module as well as external research. Your
presentation should also address the following questions in an engaging way:
• Why did you choose to focus on these three reasons?
• As a manager, how would you invest in your employees?
• What are examples of successful companies that have invested in their
employees?
Your presentation should be about 6-8 slides. Use the rubric below to
determine how you will be graded.
