I think my laptop has a virus and it won't turn on completely.
I downloaded a VPN called "VeePN" and shortly after my laptop started acting weird ( slower time starting up apps ). After a while I tried restarting it and this is when it just broke completely. It would turn on, load for a bit, and then shut off and repeat that over and over. I don't have the money right now to get it fixed so does anyone know how I'd be able to factory reset it from the loading screen ( some keybinds maybe ) or a way to start up the app that scans my laptop for viruses. ( Note: An option to factory reset it popped up, but my laptop went dead midway through and now the option won't come back. )
