Think of a project which requires a team’s collaboration to achieve. This could be any project, real or hypothetical, such as developing an application, setting up a small data center for a small company, implementing a business idea, creating a new product, or designing a sustainable garden.  For this project, you’ll have a team of at least eight people as resources. Five of these resources will be assigned as specific individuals using their full names, while the remaining three will be assigned by job title, representing roles needed for the project. The project duration should be at least three months. Once you’ve chosen a collaborative project, begin this assignment (Part-1) by documenting a detailed description of your chosen project and its goals. This documentation should be in the form of a Word document that contains at least the following sections: Project Description. This section should be a concise one-paragraph summary (50-70 words) that clearly describes the project’s purpose. Goals. Clearly articulate the desired outcomes of the project. List at least three specific and measurable goals. Triple Constraints. This section details the project’s limitations across its triple constraints: Scope, Time, and Cost. Scope.  Clearly define what is included (deliverables) and excluded from the project. Ensure this section is comprehensive and leaves no room for ambiguity. Time. Clearly and accurately specify the exact start and end dates of the project. Dates must be provided as specific calendar dates (e.g., March 15, 2024). Cost. Provide the estimated total project cost. Consider breaking down the costs by phase or project component. Remember, all figures must be specific and avoid vague approximations. Include the estimated cost associated with your team resources. Deliverables: Your completed work should be a Microsoft Word file.  Submitted files should be named using the following format: PersonalProjectPlan-Part1-YourFirstName.YourLastName.ext.  Example: “PersonalProjectPlan-Part1-John.Doe.DOC”.  Points will be deducted for non-compliance.
