How to reply to this email that is addressed to me: We have a small issue that we would like to share with you, and offer suggestions to make sure nothing like this happens again. Description of incident: An employee was working to secure a piece to a nearly finished CPS Cabinet when they dropped a screw. The screw landed in between to 12V Battery backups connected in series. The terminals of the batteries opposed each other and were unguarded. The screw dropped into place such that an arc could be produced, causing the screw to hear up and begin to melt onto the battery and smoke. I have also learned there is a secondary shock hazard in the boxes, I will be looking at this further this afternoon and get you more information later today. I wanted to share this with you all, and let you know we will be working to find a solution that will keep this problem from occurring again. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns or suggestions.
