Out of 230000 students 30% were not graded in examination of Class XII. 30% of the non-grading
students were not graded in Science only and 25% in Mathematics only but 10% of them were not graded
in other subject then,
(a) List the total number of non graded students.
(b) How many were not graded in both Science and Mathematics? Solve it.
(c) Express the above information in a Venn-diagram.
(d)If 90% of the students who were not graded in Mathematics promoted their grade by taking grade
promotion exam, now find the number of non graded students in Mathematics. Calculate it.
