Prior to enrolling the consumer what must you make sure the consumer understands:

a. If the plan is network-based, that the providers they want to use are in the new plants that work
b. That their current plan in the new plan that I am recommending, are not the same
c. If the plan has drug coverage, the medication they use are on the plans formulary what tier they are in, and any utilization management limitations
