The entire play of Hamlet revolves around the murder of Hamlet’s father, the deceased King of Denmark. In a ghostly
revelation, Hamlet discovers that his uncle Claudius is the murderer. Throughout the play, Hamlet attempts to deal with
this horrible truth. In Act Three, when some events that Hamlet has planned cut too close to home, Claudius turns to the
audience and tells them something that no one else hears.
