determination, persistence, optimism and realism. determination and persistence because without it you cannot take steps towards the goal and it will falter and be forgotten. Optimism so goals can be seen in a positive light and can be achieved with a growth mindset and lastly realism because its always good to reach for goals you know you can reach with just a lot of extra effort aiming for a goal that seems next to impossible is setting you up for failure unfortunately:(
